Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Hinch Distillery and yourself.

No contract exists between you and Hinch Distillery for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full.  Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.

Eating and drinking during Hinch Distillery tours is not permitted.

Guests are expected to behave in an appropriate manner. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the tour, with no refund.

Videoing of the tour and tour areas is not permitted, except by prearranged written consent.  Photography is permitted.

Prices

The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on Hinch Distillery website at the time you place your order.  Prices are in Sterling (£) and inclusive of any applicable taxes, and any surcharges. For each single payment transaction, with no limit on the total value, a single booking fee will be applied at the value of £0.60. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.  We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.

Online Security

To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit / debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

Refunds & Cancellations

Customers who fail to show for their tour (or arrive late) will forfeit their Tickets and cannot be issued a refund.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets are only valid for the date and time on the issued ticket.

Tours maybe cancelled at short notice by Hinch Distillery in the event of emergency maintenance or unavoidable circumstances.

Online Booking

Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.  We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.

Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.

 

All tickets purchased on line must be for over 18 year olds. ID maybe requested. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 18 years of age. No refund can be given if service is refused.

If your party includes under 18 year olds please contact us on reception@hinchdistillery.com and we will be happy to make the reservation for you. There must be at least 1 adult in every group of 5 under 18 year olds.

Limitation of Liability

Hinch Distillery’s total liability for in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

Hinch Distillery will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Severance

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Visitor Centre Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all promotional offers advertised by Hinch Distillery Visitor Centre (“Hinch Distillery”, “we”, “our”, “us”) unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion. By redeeming any promotional offer, customers agree to these terms.

These offers are intended to support promotional campaigns promoting retail purchases and visitor experiences at the Hinch Distillery Visitor Centre.

 

1. General Promotional Terms

1.1 All promotional offers are subject to availability and may be amended, withdrawn, or extended at any time without prior notice.

1.2 Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, voucher, bundle, or staff discount, unless explicitly stated.

1.3 Only one promotional offer may be used per transaction or booking.

1.4 Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.

1.5 Promotions are valid only during the campaign period stated in the relevant advertisement or marketing communication.

1.6 Promotions apply only to customers aged 18 years or over where alcohol purchases are involved. Proof of age may be required.

1.7 Hinch Distillery reserves the right to refuse redemption or cancel promotions where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

1.8 Hinch Distillery reserves the right to limit quantities, restrict specific products, or cap promotional redemptions where necessary to protect stock availability or operational capacity.

 

2. Spend £200 - Get £20 Off Retail

2.1 Customers who spend £200 or more in a single transaction in the Hinch Distillery Visitor Centre retail shop will receive £20 off the total purchase price.

2.2 This promotion is valid for in-store purchases only and cannot be redeemed online.

2.3 The £200 minimum spend must be reached before the promotional discount is applied.

2.4 The promotion applies once per qualifying transaction and cannot be split across multiple transactions.

2.5 Certain items may be excluded at management discretion, including but not limited to:

• Gift cards
• Limited edition releases
• Previously discounted items
• Bundled products

2.6 If items purchased under this promotion are returned, refunds will reflect the discounted purchase value.

2.7 Hinch Distillery reserves the right to limit the number of promotional redemptions per customer, per day, or per visit where necessary to prevent misuse of the promotion.

2.8 Transactions that appear to be deliberately split to qualify for multiple discounts may be refused at the discretion of Hinch Distillery management.

 

3. Buy 1 Ninth Wave - Choose £20 Ninth Wave Merchandise

3.1 Customers who purchase one bottle of Ninth Wave Irish Gin at the Hinch Distillery Visitor Centre retail shop may choose one Ninth Wave branded merchandise item valued up to £20.

3.2 This promotion is valid for in-store purchases only and cannot be redeemed online.

3.3 The promotional merchandise must be Ninth Wave branded merchandise only.

3.4 This promotion excludes all other merchandise, apparel, accessories, and retail products sold in the Visitor Centre shop.

3.5 Eligible merchandise items will be clearly identified in-store.

3.6 If the selected merchandise item has a retail price greater than £20, the customer may pay the difference in price.

3.7 Merchandise items are subject to availability, and Hinch Distillery reserves the right to limit specific merchandise items included in the promotion.

3.8 The promotion is limited to one merchandise item per qualifying bottle purchase.

3.9 Merchandise items included in this promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative discounts.

 

4. 2-for-1 Distillery Tour Offer (Wednesday-Friday)

4.1 The 2-for-1 tour offer applies to Standard and Premium Hinch Distillery tours taking place Wednesday to Friday only.

4.2 Under this promotion, two guests may attend a qualifying tour for the price of one standard adult ticket for that tour type.

4.3 The offer may be redeemed either online at the time of booking or in person at the Hinch Distillery Visitor Centre.

4.4 The promotion applies only to Standard Tours and Premium Tours and excludes private tours, special event tours, group packages, and any other tour experiences not listed as Standard or Premium tours.

4.5 The offer does not apply to tours scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, weekends, or bank holidays.

4.6 Tour places are subject to availability, and advance booking is recommended.

4.7 Hinch Distillery reserves the right to limit the number of promotional tickets available per tour session.

4.8 The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotional code, or package.

4.9 Standard tour safety policies, age restrictions, and responsible alcohol service policies apply.

4.10 Promotional tour bookings remain subject to the standard Hinch Distillery tour booking and cancellation policy.

4.11 In the event of no-shows or cancellations made outside the permitted cancellation window, promotional tickets may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be reissued under the promotional terms.

 

 

 

5. Campaign Redemption

5.1 Promotions may be distributed through paid social media advertising, email marketing, or other promotional channels.

5.2 Customers may be required to present or reference the relevant promotion at the point of purchase or booking.

5.3 Promotions may be limited to customers within a specific geographic area or campaign period, as outlined in the relevant advertisement.

 

6. Liability

6.1 Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

6.2 Hinch Distillery shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances outside reasonable control, including stock shortages, operational changes, or tour schedule adjustments.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland / United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
