Learn about the fascinating history of Gin, how it is produced and build your own bottle!
Gin School is not your typical classroom. Begin your experience with an award winning Ninth Wave Irish Gin and tonic. You’ll be guided through the botanicals used in our recipe, along with hearing about the weird and wonderful history of how gin came to our shores. In our production area you’ll then be seated beside our gin still and work on your own recipe, taking home a full 500ml bottle that you have created and personally labelled.
This is not a tour. This is a school – one that will have you begging for detention…
